1. What is and are you legally registered in Lebanon?

  • is owned by Gadgitech ME Levant sal.  Gadgitech ME Levant is registered in Lebanon with a valid Trade License, VAT Registration, Chamber of Commerce Registration, Ministry of Telecom Registration.
  • Gadgitech ME Levant sal core business is the distribution of Quality Original Brands to Power Retailers in the Lebanese Market.  Gadgitech ME also operates in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Qatar markets.
  • was founded to serve the business to consumer (B2C) segment allowing us to reach end user customers across all the Lebanese territories and specifically areas with week or non existent Power Retailer presence.  It also serves as a marketing tool for all our brands and products.

2. Are we based in Lebanon?

  • Yes we are based in Beirut, Lebanon.  Our offices & warehouses are in Beirut.
3. Where is your store located?
  • We do not have a Store in the Physical sense.  We are an Online Store and Distributors in Lebanon of the brands (most of the brands) found in
4. Can I find those products at any of the Retail Stores in Lebanon?
  • Yes, you can find most of the products at major Retailers in Lebanon.  Each Product has a Retailer Tab mentioning which Retailers usually stock this product.  Stocks however cannot be guaranteed and it is probably best to check with or the Retailer for availability. 5. Are your Products and Brands Original?
  • Absolutely, we only import Products from the Manufacturer’s direct.  Products that we do not distribute in Lebanon ourselves but sell on are procured ONLY from the authorized Distributor in Lebanon.  You will not find Fake, counterfeit or sub-standard products at 
6. Are your products guaranteed or covered by warranty?
  • Yes, all products we sell have at least One Year Warranty (unless specifically mentioned). Depending on the Brand, warranty can either be a replacement warranty or a repair warranty. Warranty in all cases does not cover misuse of the product or wear and tear conditions; it does however cover any manufacturing defect. For each product there is a Warranty Tab mentioning the type of warranty that item has. If you are unsure about the warranty or have any questions we always welcome your messages.
7. Do you have stocks available for all those items?
  • Almost 95% of the time the answer is YES, all items not marked Out of Stock are usually available in one of our warehouses or at one of our retailers. If you want to check then contact us and we will be happy to check and confirm availability.

9. How soon can you deliver my order?
  • This depends on two issues. Where you live and where our stock is at the time of the Order. In most instances deliveries happen according to the following:
    1. Greater Beirut – From Mondays to Fridays, delivery can be as soon as 3 hours or otherwise next working day. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday; delivery for those orders will be on Monday or latest Tuesday.
    2. Outside Beirut – Typically Orders outside Beirut will take 2-3 working days to be delivered. LibanPost or Aramex will deliver all those orders; either way we will send you an email with the Courier name and a tracking number. You may check Online yourself the status of you delivery by visiting the appropriate website of the Aramex ( or LibanPost (
  • If you want your order to be delivered on a certain day or time, please mention your request as a note while placing your order. We will exert our best effort to deliver at the specified time.
10. Are there any hidden charges, any extra delivery fees, Taxes or Customs?
  • There are NO other charges or hidden fees. You will ONLY pay the Order Value mentioned at checkout. Delivery across Lebanon is FREE; all our quoted prices include VAT, customs and importation cost.

    11. What happens if I do not like the ordered Product or its defective upon receipt?

    • You have 10 days to inform us you wish to return the product. As long as the product is as good as new and with full undamaged packaging, we will return the product and issue you an exchange voucher for the value of the returned item to be used on another product at our store.
    • If for any reason your receive an item damaged, we require you to immediately inform us and send us a picture of the damaged item by email or whatsapp. We will then send you a replacement for FREE. We will pay for all courier charges to send a replacement and return the damaged item.

       12. What is our main aim or goal?

      • We aim to provide Lebanon with a Unique Online Shopping Store that is enjoyable, easy to use whilst offering Quality Original Branded Products with an exceptionally high customer service experience that is comparable to International Online Stores.

      • We have tried to include as much useful data per product as possible.  Also make sure you check the Video Tab for each product.  We tried to include as many video links as possible and available for each product.  The product videos are great to learn more about a product. If you still have question then of course you can contact us and we will be happy to help.

      15. I can't find my Brand or Product, can you help?

      • We are adding brands and products on a regular basis.  Make sure to check the NEW ADDITIONS section to see what is NEW.
      • If you have any special requirements for Products or Brands, contact us and we will try our best to get it for you either from the local market or imports.

      16. Can I get a special price for Quantity Orders? 

      • Yes, we give special prices for Quantity Orders and Corporate Orders.  Discounts vary by product and quantity.  Contact us to discuss further.

        6. Payment Options: Pay by Credit Card with our highly secure payment gateway powered by BLF.  If you do not have a credit card then you can pay cash on delivery.
